Journal des modifications

Points saillants

• A new look in light and dark, easier to read
• Your unsaved changes stay in place through a brief outage
• Dates show the saved day in every timezone

Points saillants

• A Year view on the planning board, with week numbers and bookings you move by whole weeks
• Dismiss an issue with a note, see who dismissed it, and restore it later
• Pages load faster and are easier to use from the keyboard and with screen readers

Points saillants

• Stop the assistant mid-answer: what it wrote stays, marked as stopped, and you carry straight on
• A prepaid AI balance with its own page: what you have, what AI work costs, and everything it was spent on
• The planning board panel and the Availability and Equipment cards filter on the fields your tables use

Points saillants

• A home screen you arrange yourself: five key figures and eleven cards, with your layout remembered
• A planning board where people, machines and work are dragged onto each other, previewed before saving and undoable after
• Thirteen reports across projects, people, equipment and deadlines, each with a date range, a chart and a table

Points saillants

• Skip any of the assistant's questions, or all of them, and choose Other wherever it fits
• Every suggested value says who wrote it and warns when the record changed while it waited
• A lost connection says so, keeps your unsent message, and reloads the screen once it is back

Points saillants

• Live progress updates play in one tidy indicator that hides when the assistant finishes
• Documents warn you before the version limit removes older versions
• Answering the assistant's questions is cleaner, with Other as a proper choice

Points saillants

• The assistant writes documents in chat, and every document keeps its version history
• When it needs direction it asks you a short set of questions instead of guessing
• A live to-do list shows each step the assistant is working through

Points saillants

• Every value the AI filled in carries a plain-words AI label, not just a colour
• Chat workflows ask for the document they need right inside your message
• Settings and chat workflows now speak your language, with a roomier layout

Points saillants

• Brands, skills, certificates and other categories are managed as a searchable chip list
• Category forms name what you're creating — "Create brand" instead of a generic label
• The last untranslated buttons, menus and labels now follow your language

Points saillants

• Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian and Romanian are now available
• Remaining English leftovers in the existing seven languages are cleared
• New text is translated automatically from now on, so gaps stop appearing

Points saillants

• Filter by a task's status, priority or project
• Filter employees by skill or certificate, and equipment by status, condition, brand or category
• Linked projects on a document now show as a chip you can hover to open the project

Points saillants

• Pick a guided workflow in the AI assistant from the plus menu or by typing a slash
• Creating a project from a PDF now runs in the assistant, so you can follow along and adjust
• A half-written message is set aside when a workflow starts and can be restored in one click

Points saillants

• Edit employee availability directly on the employee page and in AI chat with a redesigned weekly editor
• Support for alternating even and odd week schedules, laid out side by side
• Cleaner, full-width schedule view with no trailing empty space

Points saillants

• Memory AI-action cards — review proposed memories in a read-only pop-up (content, type, visibility, importance) before approving
• Copyable ID column on the issues list for quick reference and sharing
• Routine security patches to keep the app safe and up to date

Points saillants

• Guided CSV import for employees and equipment — download a template, get column help, and see clear per-row errors
• AI action reviews track when one suggested change depends on another, keeping Approve disabled and pointing to the change that must be handled first

Points saillants

• Edit multiple sections of a record at once, each with its own Save/Cancel, so saving one section never undoes your changes in another
• Chip-based skills and certifications pickers with inline certification expiration dates, replacing the old table-row selection on record pages and AI edit screens
• Add multiple time slots to a single scheduling day, with clearer warnings when a day is synced from an integration, and a smoother schedule editor that fits small screens

Points saillants

• Assignments, skills, certificates, and task dependencies now show helpful summaries you can hover over for details; employee age is calculated automatically and shown in tables, detail pages, and previews
• One consistent way to assign people, equipment, projects, and tasks across record pages and AI edit screens, with conflict warnings, per-day notes, and clear Cancel/Continue controls when scheduling
• Recent Conversations page replaces the in-chat dialog; table filters are remembered for 15 minutes; Issues loads as a live sortable table

Points saillants

• Employee detail gains a dedicated Profile section; Employee Name and Profile Full Name are labeled consistently in tables, forms, previews, and chat AI edits
• Creating or editing an employee, project, task, or equipment record now requires a properly sized name, while simply viewing an existing record no longer requires one
• Dropdown lists scroll correctly again

Points saillants

• More secure sign-in with clearer controls for managing your active sessions
• Document-to-project creation, previews, and bulk archive or delete on tables
• Chat autoscroll and mentions, invitations, categories, and timezone-aware dates

Points saillants

• Employee scheduling and availability calendar workflows
• Sign-in, organization security, and integration-sync improvements
• Chat drafts, historical AI actions, and realtime reliability improvements

Points saillants

• A new Categories tab for equipment brands, equipment categories and tool categories
• Archiving now covers many more record types
• Statuses, priorities and conditions managed in one place
