Question 3

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

We offer plans to fit different team sizes and needs. You can see our pricing and compare plans on the pricing page. For early access or custom needs, get in touch and we'll help you choose the right option.

Question 4

Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings, the billing portal, or by contacting support. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your subscription runs to the end of the term you already paid for. If you buy a paid subscription from SiteSync for the first time, you can request a refund within 14 days after the start of that initial term. Renewals, upgrades, extra seats, usage charges, and taxes are not refundable.

Question 5

What tools does SiteSync integrate with?

Accepted Answer

SiteSync connects with calendars, ERP systems, and other tools you already use. Integrations vary by country; we're adding more over time. Check the Integrations page for the latest list and country-specific partners such as Hooray and Centix in the Netherlands.

Question 6

How do I get support?

Accepted Answer

You can reach us via the contact page for product questions, technical support, or sales. We're here to help you get the most out of SiteSync.
