These SiteSync AI Product Terms («AI Product Terms») form part of the SiteSync Terms of Service between you and FreedomSeeker OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with its registered office at Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia, registration number 17097142, VAT ID EE102833191 («SiteSync», «FreedomSeeker», «we», «us», or «our»). These AI Product Terms govern your access to and use of any AI Features made available as part of the Services.

• By accessing or using any AI Features, or by enabling AI Features for your Account or Organization, you agree to these AI Product Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these AI Product Terms have the meanings given in the SiteSync Terms of Service («Terms»). Except as expressly stated in these AI Product Terms, the Terms remain in full force and effect and apply to the AI Features. If there is a conflict between the Terms and these AI Product Terms with respect to AI Features, these AI Product Terms control solely with respect to the relevant AI Features.

• 1.1 «AI Features» has the meaning given in the Terms and includes any artificial intelligence, machine learning, retrieval, summarization, chat, workflow assistance, recommendation, agent, reasoning, content generation, or automation functionality that SiteSync makes available as part of the Services.
• 1.2 «AI Input» means any prompts, messages, instructions, questions, queries, data, files, documents, attachments, context, configuration, or other Customer Data submitted to, sent through, or otherwise made available for processing by an AI Feature.
• 1.3 «AI Output» means any text, summaries, recommendations, classifications, extracted information, generated content, workflows, actions, responses, or other results produced by an AI Feature based on AI Input or other Customer Data.
• 1.4 «Third-Party AI Providers» means the third-party providers whose models, embeddings, inference, orchestration, hosting, or related AI infrastructure SiteSync uses to provide AI Features, including OpenAI and Anthropic, and any replacement or additional provider identified in the Documentation, Trust Center, or other materials made available by SiteSync from time to time.

• 2.1 The AI Features are part of the Services and are made available only for your internal business and professional use in accordance with the Terms, these AI Product Terms, and any applicable Order Form or Documentation.
• 2.2 The eligibility, minimum age, Authorized User, Organization, and sanctions restrictions in the Terms apply to the AI Features without modification. Without limiting the foregoing, an individual must be at least 18 years old to create an individual Account directly, and individuals who are at least 16 years old may use AI Features only as Authorized Users acting under the supervision and authority of an Organization or employer that has authorized their use.
• 2.3 Your Organization is responsible for all AI Feature access and use by its Authorized Users, including configuration of permissions, internal approvals, and controls over which users may submit AI Input, receive AI Output, or approve AI-initiated actions.

• 3.1 You may submit AI Input to the AI Features and receive AI Output from the AI Features, subject to these AI Product Terms and the Terms.
• 3.2 As between the parties, you retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your Customer Data, including AI Input, subject to the rights you grant to SiteSync under the Terms and these AI Product Terms.
• 3.3 Subject to your compliance with the Agreement and applicable law, SiteSync claims no ownership in customer-specific AI Output. As between you and SiteSync, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSync assigns to you any rights it may have, if any, in customer-specific AI Output generated for your use under the Services. You are responsible for determining whether any AI Output is appropriate for your intended use, publication, distribution, or commercialization.
• 3.4 You may use AI Output for your internal business purposes and related business operations, subject to the Agreement, applicable law, and any third-party rights in materials that you provide as AI Input or otherwise cause to be included in the AI Output.
• 3.5 You are solely responsible for: (a) the legality, accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of AI Input; (b) obtaining all rights, consents, notices, and lawful bases necessary to provide AI Input and other Customer Data for processing by the AI Features; (c) your decisions, actions, and omissions based on AI Output; and (d) reviewing and validating AI Output before any use or reliance.

• 4.1 AI Features are assistive tools only. AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, inconsistent, offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, unfair, harmful, non-compliant, or otherwise unsuitable for your particular circumstances. SiteSync does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any AI Output will be free from such issues.
• 4.2 You must review, verify, and evaluate all AI Output before taking action based on it. Human review is required before any AI Output is implemented, acted on, communicated externally as fact, or used to make or support operational, commercial, compliance, workforce, safety, or other decisions.
• 4.3 AI Output is not legal, medical, tax, accounting, financial, employment, regulatory, engineering, safety, or other professional advice, and SiteSync does not provide professional advisory services through the AI Features.
• 4.4 AI Output may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users based on similar or different inputs, and SiteSync does not represent or warrant that any AI Output will be exclusive, original, or available only to you.

• 5.1 Certain AI Features may suggest, draft, prepare, or propose actions affecting projects, tasks, schedules, equipment, employees, documents, configurations, workflows, permissions, or other Customer Data within the Services.
• 5.2 SiteSync does not design AI Features to execute a customer-facing data change or workflow action on your behalf without a user approval step. Where an AI Feature returns or prepares a proposed action for execution within the Services, that proposed action is presented for review and approval by an authorized user before execution.
• 5.3 You are responsible for determining which Authorized Users may approve AI-initiated actions and for maintaining appropriate internal review, authorization, and change-control procedures.

• 6.1 You may not use the AI Features in any manner prohibited by the Terms, applicable law, or these AI Product Terms.
• 6.2 You must not submit Sensitive Data to the AI Features except to the extent strictly necessary for a lawful use case, lawfully processed, and subject to appropriate safeguards, permissions, and human review. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not use the AI Features as a primary system of record for detailed medical or health records, full payment card numbers, full bank account credentials, biometric templates, criminal-record datasets, government identification datasets, or special-category or similarly sensitive personal data except where strictly necessary and lawful.
• 6.3 You must not use AI Features, or permit AI Output to be used, as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect an individual's legal rights, employment or engagement status, pay, scheduling, disciplinary status, health or safety, access to benefits, regulatory status, or other similarly high-impact interests.
• 6.4 You must not rely on AI Output without independent review and validation for legal compliance determinations, workplace health and safety determinations, incident response, emergency decisions, or any other safety-critical, rights-affecting, or high-risk context.

• 7.1 In addition to the rights granted under the Terms, you grant SiteSync a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right during the applicable term to host, copy, transmit, store, retrieve, parse, index, embed, transform, analyze, display, and otherwise process AI Input, AI Output, and related Customer Data, including customer files, documents, attachments, and other workspace content, as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, troubleshoot, monitor, and improve the functionality of the AI Features and related Services for your use, including to create and use customer-specific indexes, embeddings, retrieval layers, and other contextual processing needed to generate responses and functionality for your Account or Organization, and to enforce the Agreement and comply with applicable law.
• 7.2 SiteSync may generate and use Usage Data, telemetry, logs, analytics, performance data, security signals, and de-identified or aggregated statistics relating to the configuration, operation, and use of AI Features for the purposes permitted under the Terms.
• 7.3 SiteSync will not use Customer Data, AI Input, or AI Output to train shared or generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. For clarity, SiteSync may still store, index, embed, retrieve, analyze, and use Customer Data, AI Input, AI Output, and other customer-specific context as necessary to provide your Account's or Organization's own AI functionality, responses, and related Service features, and such activities do not constitute training shared or generalized models.

• 8.1 You acknowledge and agree that the AI Features rely on Third-Party AI Providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, as well as related third-party infrastructure and software components.
• 8.2 When a user invokes an AI Feature, SiteSync may use relevant AI Input, Customer Data, and related metadata, including relevant files, documents, attachments, and other workspace content, as context for the requested AI Feature and may send such data to Third-Party AI Providers solely as necessary to provide that requested AI Feature through the Services. Access to AI Features and the Customer Data made available through them remains subject to the permissions, access controls, and configurations established for the applicable Account or Organization.
• 8.3 SiteSync requires that OpenAI, Anthropic, and any other Third-Party AI Providers used by SiteSync for the AI Features not use Customer Data, AI Input, or AI Output to train shared or generalized models. Additional information about certain AI providers and related trust materials may be made available through SiteSync's Trust Center or applicable Documentation.
• 8.4 Third-Party AI Providers and related third-party components are also Third-Party Services under the Terms to the extent applicable. SiteSync is not responsible for third-party services except as expressly stated in the Agreement or required by applicable law.
• 8.5 SiteSync may replace, supplement, or discontinue Third-Party AI Providers from time to time in order to operate, maintain, secure, or improve the AI Features. SiteSync will update the applicable Documentation, service descriptions, or Trust Center materials where reasonably appropriate.

• 9.1 Access to and use of AI Features may be subject to usage limits, rate limits, concurrency limits, feature gating, throughput controls, tool-call limits, or other technical or commercial restrictions determined by SiteSync and described in the applicable Documentation, pricing pages, checkout flows, Order Forms, or product interfaces.
• 9.2 Fees, packaging, included usage, overage terms, entitlement requirements, and other commercial terms for AI Features, if any, will be described in the applicable Documentation, pricing pages, checkout flows, Order Forms, or product interfaces.
• 9.3 If you exceed applicable usage limits or fail to maintain the required entitlement for an AI Feature, SiteSync may throttle access, suspend access to some or all AI Features, require a plan change or additional entitlement, or apply other controls permitted by the Terms and applicable commercial materials.
• 9.4 You remain responsible for all fees associated with AI Features and related usage as set out in the Terms and the applicable commercial materials.

• 10.1 You remain responsible for configuring and using available security features, access controls, internal approvals, and account protections appropriate for your environment and use of the AI Features.
• 10.2 SiteSync may log, monitor, and review AI Feature usage, usage metrics, system events, security events, error traces, and related operational metadata for security, abuse prevention, support, reliability, billing, compliance, and service-improvement purposes in accordance with the Terms and SiteSync's applicable privacy and security documentation.
• 10.3 SiteSync may use service providers and observability tools to detect, diagnose, and remediate platform, frontend, backend, and AI-related issues. Additional information about certain service providers and trust materials may be made available through SiteSync's Trust Center. Such tooling does not change the allocation of responsibility under the Agreement.

• 11.1 AI Features may be added to, removed from, modified within, or made available through different subscription plans, Free Services, or other commercial offerings over time.
• 11.2 Any AI Features made available as Free Services, beta, preview, early-access, evaluation, promotional, or no-fee offerings remain subject to the provisions of the Terms applicable to Free Services and Beta Features, including any exclusions from warranties, service levels, support commitments, or availability commitments.

• 12.1 SiteSync may suspend or restrict access to AI Features in accordance with the Terms, including where reasonably necessary to address security risks, misuse, legal compliance requirements, provider restrictions, non-payment, or excessive or abusive consumption of AI resources.
• 12.2 Upon expiration or termination of the Agreement or the applicable right to use AI Features, your right to access and use the AI Features ends immediately except as otherwise expressly provided in the Terms or an applicable Order Form.

• 13.1 The AI Features, including AI Output, are provided subject to the disclaimers, exclusions, indemnity terms, and limitations of liability set out in the Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, SiteSync does not warrant that any AI Feature or AI Output will be accurate, complete, reliable, available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, non-infringing, or suitable for your needs.
• 13.2 Any indemnity obligations, exclusions, limitations of liability, liability caps, dispute-resolution provisions, governing law provisions, and other general terms in the Terms apply to these AI Product Terms unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
• 13.3 These AI Product Terms do not limit any stronger data-protection, security, or service commitments expressly set out in an applicable enterprise agreement or Order Form, but only to the extent such commitments expressly apply to AI Features.
• 13.4 Except as expressly stated in these AI Product Terms, nothing in these AI Product Terms grants you any right to SiteSync technology, APIs, service interfaces, or other intellectual property beyond the limited rights granted under the Terms.
• 13.5 These AI Product Terms may be updated by SiteSync in accordance with the Terms.
